Sales Terms

1. All sales are final.

Purchases on prints.saluca.com are final and non-refundable. Saluca LLC does not issue refunds or exchanges for any product or service except where required by applicable law (defective physical goods only; see section 2).

2. Books (paperback).

Physical books are printed on demand and shipped via Lulu Direct. Production typically begins within 2 to 3 business days of order; shipping times vary by destination.

Defective prints (manufacturing defect, missing pages, binding failure) qualify for a one-time replacement at no charge if reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence emailed to prints@saluca.com. Lost or damaged shipments are subject to carrier policies; replacement at Saluca LLC's discretion.

3. Books (ebook / digital).

Digital book purchases include a download link valid for 24 hours from delivery. If the link expires, you may request a resend via the customer portal at prints.saluca.com/account using the email associated with your purchase. Digital purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Bundles.

Bundle orders combine paperback and ebook editions and are governed by sections 2 and 3 above for each respective format.

5. Advisory hours blocks.

Advisory blocks (5-hour and 10-hour packages) are prepaid retainers for strategic consulting time with Cristian Ruvalcaba.

• Validity. 12 months from the date of purchase. Hours not scheduled and consumed within the validity window forfeit with no refund and no extension.
• Availability. All advisory sessions are subject to advisor availability. Saluca LLC will make reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling within the validity window but does not guarantee availability on any specific date or time. Buyer is responsible for booking sessions promptly via the link provided post-purchase.
• Non-transferable. Hours are tied to the purchasing entity and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to a third party without written consent.
• No refunds. All advisory purchases are final. Unused hours forfeit at the end of the validity window.
• Scope. Advisory sessions are strategic, vendor-agnostic, and non-implementation. They do not include hands-on-keyboard work, code deliverables, written reports, or warranties of any business outcome.
• Confidentiality. Standard practitioner-client confidentiality applies. Buyer should not disclose information they are not authorized to share. No NDA is automatically granted; if you require a formal NDA, contact prints@saluca.com prior to purchase.

6. Pricing and taxes.

All prices are in USD. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on shipping or billing address as required by jurisdiction. International orders may incur duties and import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback in lieu of contacting Saluca LLC customer service waives any right to future purchases and may result in account, IP, or email blocking. Saluca LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where the goods or services were delivered as described.

8. Changes to terms.

Saluca LLC may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
