Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email, billing address, shipping address (for paperback and bundle orders), and phone number, collected via Stripe at checkout. Used for fulfillment and order communication.
• Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.
• Order history, stored in our internal database to deliver and support purchases.

Who we share with

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Lulu Direct (paperback fulfillment; receives name + shipping address + phone)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Cloudflare (hosting, edge delivery, web analytics)

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track individuals.

Data retention

• Order records retained for 7 years for tax and compliance.
• Email addresses retained for the duration of any active customer relationship plus 7 years.

Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing prints@saluca.com. We will honor lawful requests under CCPA, GDPR (where applicable), and other consumer data protection laws.
